Matsu, which in Japanese means 'wait,' pays homage to all the wine-producers that have been working vineyards for generations and have devoted their effort, knowledge, respect, and sacrifice to their art. The images of the real-life wine-producers that decorate the bottle also represent the essence of each of the wines comprising this unique collection of three bottles of Spanish red wine.
Matsu has been able to preserve the traditional strength of Tinta de Toro wines from the Designation of Origin Toro, which are renowned for their great personality and full-bodied smoothness. Discover the three varieties:
"El Picaro" is a modern, smooth red wine with a touch of oak, ample mulberries, and a tinge of cloves. "El Recio" is a voluptuous, intense red wine with deep black fruit, chocolate, coffee, vanilla notes, and silky tannins. "El Viejo" is a powerful, complex red wine bursting with dense cherry and bramble fruit with nuances of cigar box, lavender, and graphite.
This Spanish wine gift trio is sure to make an impression: once when the unique bottle designs are first seen, and again when the seductive red wine is enjoyed.
